Budapest, Nexon Academy - Ten places per year.
Ten places per year, taken throughout the year. Four hours on court each day alongside Europe's serious juniors. On Friday, Tamas sits down with you and your player and says exactly what he observed - technically, tactically, mentally. One written assessment. Yours to keep.
Apply for a place →Tennis is one of the only sports where parents are fully invested in the outcome. You drive to every tournament. You watch every match. You feel every double fault. You research, you travel, you find the best camps.
But at the large academies, two hundred players per week - no coach knows your child's name by day three.
That is not development. That is tourism.
Who this is for
Your child is 10 to 14, competing, training, showing up. You are driving to tournaments, paying for coaching, rearranging family life around a schedule. The investment is real.
But privately - on the drive home, after another match you're not sure how to read - a question stays with you: are we actually doing the right things?
Your coach is positive. That's their job. No one in your current setup has any reason to tell you something is missing. And so the uncertainty sits with you alone, week after week, while the development window gets shorter.
This week exists for that question.
Twenty years of junior development. The record speaks before he does.
The Coach
Most coaches tell parents what they have paid to hear. I tell them what I saw.

The Program
This is not a tennis holiday. It is five days alongside other serious European juniors - the only conditions in which the things that actually matter become visible.
Four hours on court every day, one hour of physical training. Tamas watches everything.
Technical ceiling. Tactical instinct. Mental profile under a tight score, in the third set, when tired. These do not appear in drills. They appear when the week stops being comfortable.
On Friday Tamas sits down with you and your player and says exactly what he observed - technically, tactically, mentally. The written dossier is yours to keep. The twelve-month plan is specific to your player.
Nothing softened.
The Week
Five days, built to surface what only shows up under sustained pressure - not in a single trial.
What parents say afterwards
Through his boundless energy and enthusiasm, Tamas has built a disciplined, respectful and supportive team culture where every child is being treated as a valued team member.

No flattery, no sales pitch. Just five days of real tennis and an assessment we still use to plan every year. Worth every euro.

Apply for a place
Tamas reviews every application himself. A place is offered only when it is the right fit. If it is, you will hear within seven days.
